The FCC’s main function is to regulate interstate and international communications to promote competition, innovation, and PUBLIC SAFETY. <-- Based on that ALONE Fox needs to be put out of business as their entire mission is to incite unrest, violence, and social division,..........subsequently endangering the ENTIRE population.

Yes, I would arrest and prosecute every last one of them and take the Fox headquarters apart brick by brick. Subversion, libel, broadcasting false information, false statements (18 U.S. Code § 35) Imparting or conveying false information to Govt officials, (18 U.S. Code Chapter 115), which covers treason, sedition, and subversive activities.
(18 U.S.C. § 2384) Seditious Conspiracy, which addresses conspiracies to overthrow the government by force, and (18 U.S.C. § 2385) Advocating Overthrow of Government. AND 18 U.S. Code § 241 - reckless public endangerment and disorderly conduct.
These statutes criminalize various actions that put the public at risk, from threats and violence to reckless behavior that creates a substantial risk of harm.
